My modified ArduStim engine simulator files

This zip includes the modified Kohler 24-1 crankshaft wheel with a twin toothed camshaft to simulate a two toothed camshaft simulating MAP PULSES to allow full synch operational testing to a Speeduino running a schmitt trigger on the MAP sensor, psuedo camshaft sensor for full synch ops.
